All graduates who have submitted their Degree Application should have received an email to RSVP for commencement, request 票, and order regalia.
The Bookstore is expecting a new order of cap and gowns so if you are not seeing your size now, more will be in soon! If you would like to request to borrow and not a cap and gown to be returned after the 仪式, please fill out 这种形式 and you will be notified if one is available. 
If you were not able to pick up your regalia at the June 1 Grad Fair,  you can pick it up in the OSE 办公室 (upstairs in Building 11) during regular business hours. 

票 

更新: No additional 票 are available for the 2 p.m. 仪式. Additional 票 for 10便士.m. 仪式 are still available. 
This year guest 票 will be electronic. Each graduate is guaranteed 最多6个 guest 票 and may request more.  

Prior to Grad Fair on June 1, 2023, students will receive an email with a PDF of their 第一批 票 最多6个. 关于 two weeks before commencement,  students will receive a second email that will include any extra 票 they have been awarded based on venue capacity. When you receive your PDF of 票, you have two options for passing the 票 along to your guests:

  1. Print out the PDF and give a physical ticket to each of your guests. 你的客人会 then show the ticket at the door to be scanned.
  2. Screenshot a ticket and send it to your guest via text or email. 你需要 do this individually for each ticket. Your guests could then print the ticket themselves, or show the ticket on their phone at the door to be scanned.

At any time, if students have questions or have requested too many 票, they should email commencement@goudounet.com. Letting us know about any extra 票 you have will help us make sure anyone who still needs 票 可以得到它们.
